Your journey begins early in the morning with a scenic drive to the park, entering through the Galge entrance to access the quieter northern regions. Travel in a specially customized safari jeep with comfortable front-facing seats, guided by an experienced driver and a government-approved wildlife tracker who work together to locate animals in their natural habitat.
Throughout the day, you may encounter a variety of wildlife including Sri Lankan leopards, elephants, sloth bears, crocodiles, and a wide range of bird species. The extended safari time allows for deeper exploration and better chances of spotting rare animals.
To ensure a comfortable experience, the tour includes home-cooked breakfast and lunch served as a picnic inside the park, along with bottled water, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and snacks.
